These data are and will be treated – through the use of automated electronic means and / or even manually – according to the law, according to the principles established by the art. 5 of the Regulation cited, in a lawful, correct and transparent manner, in order to fully protect the confidentiality and rights recognized to you.

Your data may not be used for any other purpose other than those indicated below and will be kept exclusively for these purposes and not beyond the time required by law, for the purpose of carrying out the relationship between you and Eclectica.

In particular, your data is processed for the following purposes: (a) obligations deriving from regulatory obligations, including accounting and tax obligations; (b) obligations deriving from the assumption in your comparisons of contractual obligations; (c) information purposes on current events and projects; (d) provide references of our company also by including your name in the list of customers (or suppliers).

The following categories of appointees may be made aware of your data: professional staff, support service personnel, administrative services personnel.

We inform you that the provision of data necessary for the fulfilment of regulatory obligations is mandatory and, failing that, we will not be able to perform our services. The provision of other data is optional, however, in the case of data that is strictly functional to the establishment and continuation of the relationship with our company, your refusal to answer may make it impossible to carry out our services or continue with them.

In consideration of the existence of computerized or computerized correspondence with the aforementioned subjects, your data may be transferred abroad, even outside the EU, subject to verification of compliance with the regulatory provisions of the aforementioned Regulation.

Management of “cookies” on the website
